This website is a resource for disabled entrepreneurs who are self employed or wishing to start up their own business. In this website you will find useful articles, interviews, information on up and coming events and product reviews.
The aim of this site is hopefully to save you time and money when starting up or developing your business and to put you in touch with other disabled entrepreneurs to share knowledge which is key to the success of your business.
The main site has a huge range of articles, from benefit advice to the cheapest carrier bags; Access to Work to marketing advice. Each article is written by a self employment adviser who has had many years experience in helping disabled people start up their own business. Not only that, each adviser has been self employed and knows the difficulties involved when starting up your own business. We are all members of the institute of business advisers and this year we all will be taking or SFEDI accreditation.
Disability Means Business.com has been built with accessibility for all as one of its key aims. Please bear with us for now, we’ll make the site even more accessible as soon as we can.
It’s our aim to make this a great place to be for people to chat about business and build a entrepreneurial community, free from nasty comments, sales techniques, advertising and confusion. These rules have been designed so people get the most out of our website.
