hi dont know if this will help anyone, but maybe looking at the princes trust fund i know they do grants and loans and very low interest rates,

hello
i want to start a photographic gift business with my partner in leicestershire.
we have done lots of research into it and have put up about £1000 of or own money into the business idea my partner is a photographer and has also worked on the manuracturing side of photographic gifts we are looking to find a grant or loan for about £10,000 to get this business off the ground and we are finding it very hard to get any help from the banks as we dont have any security to put down
could you or anyone advise us on which way we should turn next to get the financial help we need to get us moving forward

Just been to working links and heard about the permited working.

using this permited work so I can start trading. The issue around the less than 16 hours, who is going to check if you work for yourself? The limit now of £93 per week is not an issue if you are limited as you do not have to tkae a wage and use the money as cash flow. I see it as win win but not to be abused longer than necessary.

can you please advise me as to whether, I am eligible for any type of grant, I am disabled and signed permanently off work due to fibromyalgia. I am a single parent to a 13 yeard old, and want to start up my own cafe, i do have a sound business idea, as this will not be a totally normal cafe, but it has a twist. I am on income support and disability living allowance, at th elower rate, and would love to know if i can get any help from anywhere, without being scammed, to secure premises etc….. I do not have any capital to invest myself

I have been trying for three years to get grants for myself and two other disabled workers to for training we need to start a small business training other disabled

There is little or no help available from the goverment quangos or so called charities to help disabled unless your face fits or you are involved wity green issues

You really need to be speaking with someone at the job centre, but you could still be eligible for housing benefit
